                  Please, above all, be safe and have fun

1.) Please no pets (strictly enforced)

 2.) Thank you for smoking outside

To turn on lights down stairs, the switch is about 6 feet high near the storage door down stairs or at the front and rear door.

3.) Please place garbage in cans downstairs

4.) Please leave beds unmade and the used sheets washed in the laundry room.

5.) Please use the shower down stairs to rinse off the sand before coming in from the beach

6.) Please conserve electricity

7.) Please do not clean fish inside

                         What Do I Need To Bring?

8.) Guest are responsible for there Soap, Trash Bags, Charcoal& lighter, Beach Towels, Paper and Plastic products, Food,& Spices, Suntan lotion& Beach Toys, Fishing Gear& Golf Clubs.

9.) Overcrowding is prohibited

10.) Please use credit cards for all long distant calls. If long distant calls are left on the phone bill, it will be deducted from the deposit.

11.) Dauphin Island fire code allows no camper hook ups to electricity

12.) There are 2 King size beds1 Queen, 2 twins upstairs 1 Day Bed with trundle (two twins) and a sofa bed (full) downstairs.

13.) Please respect the next vacationers by cleaning up before you leave.

15.) We are not responsible for accidents or articles left behind

16.) You may choose to reserve this home for your next vacation season. If you would like to leave your deposit with us, this will ensure you of the week of your choice next year, due to availability we encourage you to book as soon as possible as we fill up very quickly. We have great off season rates.
